Admin Unit
The HR and Administrative Unit develops and maintains WMC’s administrative guidelines, manages resources and oversees Human Resource issues such as (but not limited to) classification assessments, recruitment process and performance evaluation. To make quality assurance and cope with the external changes, this unit develops, recommends and implements associated policies and procedures. Below are the various functions of HR and Administration unit:  
  • Oversee Human Resources functions including recruitment, insurance, compensation and benefits, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and staff activities, as well as specific assigned tasks to ensure the smooth running of the HR operations;
  • Handling office administrative work, office procedures & manual, office purchases & logistics manages all aspects of office facilities and supplier contracts (cleaners, corporate insurance etc.);
  • Coordinates departmental cooperation and communication ;
  • Assist in coordinating and organizing ad hoc projects and organization events; and      
  • Strengthen staff relationship, office functions and internal control functions.
