The Financial Unit is responsible for ensuring WMC is on the smooth financial process regarding the use of budgets and its accountability to respective donors.
 To ensure good management of all financial and accounting aspects of the organization, this Unit carefully controls over all expenditures, monitors performance against budget, and ensures all accounting complies with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and donors' requirements.
This unit also participates in the strategic planning with relevant departments to contribute to achieving the organizational goals within financial and budgetary constraints. Through its effort to build strong financial management system, this unit always receives good reputation from its external audit.
